SKI SERVICE FROM A PRO

WITH THE LATEST HIGH-PRECISION GRINDING SYSTEMS!

Regular service for your winter sports equipment is the be-all and end-all.

We are the service workshop in Kleinwalsertal with high-end service machines from Montana, Wintersteiger and Bolt and offer you everything from simple waxing to edge and structure tuning to a comprehensive race service. 

NEW in winter 23/24: Thanks to the latest high-precision sharpening system from Montana, the CRYSTAL MAGIC, we now offer even better premium service for your skis or board. 

Simply waxing is usually only enough for a few turns on the piste. So that you don't have to worry about what you need, we offer you the best advice for your good piece.

Our ski service is in operation every day during the winter season.

You are welcome to drop off and collect your skis in the store for servicing. Or from 3 pm daily in the workshop next to the Après Ski Plattform.

Our standard service includes: Surface grinding of the ski base and application of the new structure by stone grinding, side edge sharpening 88° for the right grip on the piste, radial edge tuning to optimize ski control, waxing & polishing of the base.

Top service ski 45,00 €

In addition to all elements of the standard service, we also melt a completely new base on your skis during the Top Service. We also ensure longer skiing pleasure until the next service with a final infrared hot wax.

The king of ski services. So that you have the best skis for your next race. In addition to all the services of our top service, you will receive your desired special structure on the skis, as well as a disc grinding for extra sharp edges and infrared hot wax for optimum glide.

OUR SERVICES EXPLAINED

Grinding machine, wax iron, tuning stone, base material, the right wax for every snow temperature - who has space to store all that in the cellar? We do, of course ... so that we are ready for your skis, boards or cross-country skis just in case.

Introducing: our latest wonder weapon in ski service! The Crystal Magic.

With its new double-sided Grip-Tech system, we grind edges even sharper & more durable than before! An additional grinding for extra sharp edges is no longer necessary and is now included in our service for you! We also offer even more customised high-tech tuning, especially as part of our racing service. 

It all depends on the right structure

Standard & Top Service

Not only do you need the right machines for a ski/board service, but also the right steps:

We melt the base in the event of major damage (top service), grind it flat in order to apply the perfect structure using the stone grinding stone. Then we sand the side edges at 88 degrees for grip on hard slopes. Finally, the ski control is optimised with radial edge tuning. And because we still have time, we wax and polish the base, selected for the right snow temperatures.

Race Service

This is where we get personal and work according to your wishes and our expertise. To ensure the correct balance, here's a bit of background to our racing service:

  • Zero tolerance - use of electronic balancing devices for the grinding stones
  • Water treatment & emulsion cooling system for consistent quality
  • Dressing diamonds produce the finest grinding pattern
  • Side edges with ceramic belt or disc technology
  • Radial tuning with stone or disc tuning on request

Waxing & Polishing

The extra service with Infratrot hot waxing and polishing from motorsport ensures better and long-lasting gliding properties.

Wax is applied gently to the heated base using the latest wax technology with Infrared Wax Future and without condensation. This achieves homogeneous wax absorption with a deep effect.
