From very new to 40 years old - that's how long our sales assistants have been part of the team and advise with a passion and from the heart.
Patricia Kessler is an ‘old hand’ who leads the team on the sales floor and takes care of suppliers and purchasing. She is assisted by Tina, who joined Sport & Mode Kessler full-time in April 2023. Elez has been part of the ‘Kessler family’ for a long time and is not thinking of retiring, but is still able to provide perfect advice to customers at the age of 70.
Renate and Elli have a soft spot for functional clothing as well as fashion.
Umut and Nathalie have been part of the team since summer 2020. Umut is primarily our man for shoes and fashion for men.
The team is completed by Anni and, in summer, Jonas, who joined the team in 2022.

Rental
They provide the basis for your outdoor activities in both summer and winter. Our hire staff will provide you with the right equipment.
Manuel has been part of the Kessler team for over 10 years and is an old hand when it comes to hire, hardware and boot fitting.
Martin, who worked in ski service with us years ago, returned in 2021 to expand our rental service.
Janosch has been part of our team on and off since winter 2018/19. The varied work, interesting customers and friendly colleagues have now drawn him to Sport & Mode Kessler.
The team is completed by Pius, who completed his apprenticeship at Sport & Mode Kessler and has now returned after his community service, and since May 2022 by our apprentice Julian. In addition, Jonas always switches from the sales team to the rental team during the winter season.

Ski & Bike Service
They wield screwdrivers and Allen keys, ski wax and chisels. And, of course, they are the machine whisperers for our Saphir Pro and other ski service equipment:
Take a look at our service team, including Stefan, who has been in charge of our ski service for several winters, and Peter, who has been working with us on the grinding machines for several seasons.
In summer, the bike service is managed and rocked by Manuel, Janosch, Pius and Martin as well as our apprentice Julian.

Kessler Lift
Stefanov, Peter and the guys from Crystal Ground are the operational part of our Kessler lift team. They put their heart and soul into running our lift during the day and also at night skiing. They start up the lift, prepare the lift track, put the ticket office into operation and, of course, ensure safety.
Janosch is now a long-standing member of our Sport & Mode Kessler team. He is not only a pro at ski hire, bike service or at the ski service machines, but as operations manager of the Kessler lift he is also responsible for ropes, hydraulics, mechanics, electrical engineering and more. Thanks to annual overhauls and inspections, he keeps the Kessler lift in top condition.

Management, office, accounting
They take care of all administrative tasks in the back office, manage personnel, finance, accounting, marketing and online sales: our office team.
As part of the Kessler family, Max completed his training at Sport & Mode Kessler and has worked in various areas ever since. Since building the new shop alongside Markus, he now has many independent areas of responsibility.
Anne joined the team as the new Managing Director in 2019. She previously managed Kleinwalsertal Tourismus eGen for almost seven years. Then it was off to new shores in the private sector. Her hobbyhorses: organisation, process optimisation, strategy, marketing.
Hubert joined the team in 2020. He is the man in charge of finances.
